"I am a lifelong educator and certified teacher with a background in public and charter school districts, working with students of varying backgrounds, academic abilities, and learning styles. As the Director of Tutoring Services at TBU Tutors, I am deeply passionate about creating supportive, engaging, and individualized learning experiences that help students build confidence, master core concepts, and achieve ultimate academic success.

In addition to my years of traditional classroom teaching, my career has focused on extensive student mentorship, interventions, data-driven instruction, and academic leadership. These combined professional experiences have strengthened my ability to design custom educational programs, develop data-driven curricula, and rigorously train and mentor our tutoring team. By equipping our instructors with proven pedagogical tools and strategies, I ensure we maintain a high standard of personalized, impactful instruction that drives measurable student growth."
